BridgeLink's mission is to be a bridge for people seeking assistance, to other resources and people who can help them. We work in conjunction with the Care Ministry at Constance Free Church to provide care to the broader community beyond the walls of the church first by connecting them with resources, and if necessary stepping in to provide more direct help. We seek to honor God with all of our resources by loving our neighbors well and to help them without hurting them.
